How to verify before you trust an offer
A Facebook page, logo, or WhatsApp message is not enough to prove that a job is real.
Run these checks
1. Find the job listing
Compare it with SeasonalJobs when applicable.
2. Check the official website
Confirm that the email, phone number, and form belong to the real company.
3. Do not pay to reserve a job
Be cautious of anyone selling a job or promising a guaranteed visa.
4. For H-2B, check the DOL registry
The Foreign Labor Recruiter List can help connect recruiters with actual cases. Appearing on the list does not mean the U.S. government endorses them.
